So, after 6 days of sticking to plan 110% this week only time will tell, then again I'm being cheeky and moving my Weigh in from Wednesday to Friday. So an extra 2 days in all to lose that extra week and give me the boost I've been trying for.
Looking at the last 6 days, I've had on average 8 syns a day, which is bloody good considering I was struggling to stick to 15 the last few weeks. I feel better ... but only Friday will tell *gulp*
