Extra Easy day: Saturday 26th June

Breakfast: 2 x Weetabix (Healthy B) Muller Lite and a Banana
Lunch: Spaghetti Bolognaise and Pasta
Dinner: Egg noodles and chicken - in chinese 5 spice and soy sauce.

Snacks: Clementine, Grapes and Apple, Quiche, Options Hot Chocolate, Pink 'n White x1

Breakfast: 2 x Weetabix (Healthy B) + Skimmed Milk (125ml) (Healthy A)
Lunch: Scrambled Egg (dash of milk from Healthy A), 1 x Slice of WW brown bread (2), Baked Beans
Dinner: Cheesy SW Chips (Healthy A) with Extra light Mayo

Snacks: French Fries - 4 syns. Milky Way - 3 syns, Melon, Apple and Grapes, Muller Lite chocolate Orange, 2 x Alpen Light Bars (Healthy B)

Lunch: Mash potato pie with side salad - beans sausage and smash with 14g cheddar per serving
Dinner: Stirfry peppers, mushroom beansprouts and egg noodle.

Snacks: Mini milk x 2, Options hot chocolate, squirty cream, milk in cups of tea.
