Day #1 - green

Breakfast : Oats So Simple - made with water. Sliced banana and 1 teaspoon of honey.

Lunch: Homemade SW quiche - made with mushrooms, pasta in sauce, cottage cheese and eggs

Dinner: SW Chips, beans and dryfried egg.

Snacks: Muller lite

2 - quiche (as cottage cheese not free)
1 - tablespoon of Tomato Sauce
2 - Options Belgian Hot Chocolate
2 1/2 - Pink n'Whites

Total syns so far 7 1/2

Feel that today I need to get more vegetables/fruit into my diet. Will try to have 1 apple and some grapes after dinner :)
